Agreed, SSDs are the future and the price is going down by the hour it seems. HDDs require regular defrags to maintain optimum efficiency and even then they do not match solid state.
That being said I have old USB keys that do not have the same capacity as when new, ~25% less in some cases, is such loss inherent to SSDs or is this because USB keys are considered disposable and are of lesser quality?
